This project is based on ECBR’s previous conclusions of 2012-2013 that Romania needs a more specialised approach to increase resilience and preparedness for earthquake crisis, while building rehabilitation is depending on such actions and is just a part of this long-term process.
Therefore the global objective for 2014-2015 is to increase resilience and preparedness through education and awareness of public institutions staff and population for earthquake crisis that might be caused by subcrustal Vrancea source and crustal, shallow sources.
