Mandates

The training activity started in 1987 following an intergovernmental Open Partial Agreement called OPA. The main aim of this agreement is to reinforce cooperation between member States in a multidisciplinary context to ensure better prevention protection and organisation. Among the main topics of the CEMEC are: organisation of sanitary, emergencies, triage, legal aspects, hospital evacuation plans; practical exercises, focused on all aspects dealing with: cardio, pulmonary resuscitation, polytrauma, intoxicated patient, early health measures in drowning, frost bite, burned patients. CEMEC has always participated in several projects.
